You can create a shipment online through your account, via our mobile app, or at any GlobalExpress location. Online, simply log in, enter package details, pay, and print your label.
What are the package size and weight limits? +
Maximum weight is 150 lbs (68 kg) per package. Maximum dimensions are 108 inches (274 cm) in length and 165 inches (419 cm) in length plus girth combined.
How can I schedule a pickup? +
Schedule a pickup through your online account, mobile app, or by calling customer service. Same-day pickups are available in most areas if requested before 3:00 PM local time.

How do I track my package? +
Enter your tracking number on our Track page, use our mobile app, or sign in to your account to see all your shipments. You'll get real-time updates on your package's location.
Why isn't my tracking updating? +
Tracking may not update immediately after pickup or during transit. Please allow 24 hours for updates. If still not updating after 48 hours, contact customer support.
